EXTREME NORTHEASTERN WHARTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 309 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE DAMAGING HAIL UP TO GOLF BALL SIZE.
THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR EAST BERNARD...AND MOVING EAST AT 25
MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
ROSENBERG...RICHMOND...NEEDVILLE...PLEAK...BEASLEY AND KENDLETON.

Pre frontal trough dropped the temps by about 15 degrees, Michael. Now the hail may have something to do with it as well...

Rain just started in Stafford. Starting lightly, than really started coming down. Was windy for a second or two, currently not so much.

Getting thunder and lightning now in Stafford. Not much wind though. Rain has slacked off after a heavy downfall for about 5-10 minutes. Temp is down to 68. Looking at the radar on the weather homepage here we are smack dab in the middle of the two red box areas.

AND STRENGTHENING MID LEVEL FLOW TO THE WEST /50KT PER LDB PROFILER
DATA/...MAY CONTRIBUTE TO AN INCREASING CHANCE FOR

Is that one big line of storms I see moving through going to be the extent of the severe weather, or are there more storms still to come?
