Are these changes on the EURO good or bad as in cold or warmer/ snow or no snow?

Let's just say the Euro suggests most of TX will see wintry weather. Awaiting the next few images to show everyone.

OK srainhoutx i'm good at tropical modeling, but lousy that winter weather modeling, what does that WOW mean. :D

when you say good things, what do you mean? no cold air? Don't take away my cold air!!! I want to see wintry precip.

OK folks, the 12Z Euro suggests a Coastal Low developing in S TX as the Arctic boundary is diving S deep into TX. A very strong upper air disturbance is still to our W and progresses across TX much further S than we have seen. In Euro world this is a classic winter storm signature. Will it verify, we will see...

Check out 168 -10c isotherm line reaches the coast. I think think this is the coldest run yet.

The -10's (dashed blue line) to the Coast would suggest teens with some possible upper single digits inland. Not too sure I buy those extreme low temps, though at this time. ;)

how confident are we in that this is going to be the model it follows its still like 5 days out so a lot can change though

WOW, the 12Z Euro is surely impressive :D If this were to verify looks like many record lows would be broken!! :shock:
