97L in the gulf, should move slowly west over the next 3-4 days with a small chance to become a named system, should enhance rainfall in texas though as it moves west

CMC/ Ai GFS both have major rainfall events in houston on tuesday- wednesday this upcoming week. CMC and UKMET blow up the remnants of Dolly into a hurricane in the central gulf before moving west to WNW. Needless to say its going to be an interesting time ahead
