I remember cool weather in September. September 2000 started hot and ended cool.
September 2001 was pleasant. Tragically, that was when 9/11 occurred. A very sad time.

Sadly, I think the best we can hope for anymore in September is a steady stream of upper 80’s late month instead of mid/upper 90’s. I miss Fall.

Not here. It’s been 95 to 98 here so far this month, which is normal for August. I’ve only hit triple digits once or twice this summer. September will probably be 90-95 here.
