There's some backbuilding - MCV development and progression should be watched.

The lawn is mowed. Bring it.

Very moisture rich ( tropical) environment these storms are moving into. The PWATS are over 2 and lots of lift.

The line is weakening it looks like but the northern burbs of Houston should still get something.

Cromagnum wrote: Wed May 29, 2024 8:51 pm Very weird issue with Directv right now. I can't get signal on any local channels, but all the cable channels are fine. Is there some local broadcast out of our area that they use that's boogered up by the recent power issues?
Had the same issue. Ruined the Willie Nelson birthday showing. I’m gonna look for a recorded option to stream.
I migrated to streaming and YTTV a few years ago and never looked back or worried about the weather again.
I'm waiting for fiber. I have the fastest plan I can get right now and if we have multiple devices streaming or games going, it gets glitchy.

It's pouring here now. An old-fashioned dumping.

I didn't know anything was coming this morning. Holy crap.

I was suppose to have a roofer come over this morning with a leaky spot they missed from March. Saw it again with the storms 2 days ago.

Woke up to hail. Some as big as ping pongs banging against the house. That was followed by some good wind gust. Then the rain and lightning started and was pretty constant. Two hours later it’s barely a trickle.

Most we’ve seen in southern League City in the last weeks.
Been here for years since Katrina.

Thankfully no hail in W League City. That cell was just to my SW. The line of storms brought 45-50MPH gusts.
