Some of those temps are already off the scale. They would literally have to make a new color and add 33°C to keep up. Under ideal conditions, you could get a 200mph storm with sub 900mb in there with those types of waters.

Let’s pray that does not happen.

Very interesting 12z Euro run, caribbean cruiser strengthening into a tropical storm and approaching the Yucatan channel, weakness in ridge over texas…

It’s pretty weak on the Euro but being that the Euro actually has something to even begin with is interesting because it’s usually conservative. It does kinda look like it could just cross over into the EPAC instead of go towards the Gulf on that run, though. Maybe something to watch. I’m more interested in seeing the 12z EPS. Way more interested, actually.

Bruh the EPS is literally trying to turn everything north as soon as it forms. It has a gazillion fish storms.

I’m just interested to see how many members actually develop this potential system.

Cpv17 I use weatherbell, but its definitely trended towards less recurving, more members south of the islands continuing west in caribbean

Scott knows what it means. He has years upon years of experience with hurricanes. Probably knows more than anyone on this board about the tropics. I believe he’s just jacking with ya.
