It's going to be close. Probably those last 1-2 hours of precipitation will be the highest chances for a wintry mix.

Well in any event, the models and NWS nailed this system. That’s pretty hard to do with winter weather down in our area.

I may have a shot at some flurries around 5:30-6 if that area south of Columbus can make it. Radar looks to be drying out quickly to the west.

There's a heavy band between Brenham and Columbus. Hope it descends south!

I decided to head up north a bit up highway 71 north. Stopped in Altair 10 miles south of Columbus and I’m reporting 33 degrees here with sleet.

Everything looks to be going as planed so far over the next few hours i expect the frozen line to reach atleast the northern half of Harris county.As some places are already reporting sleet along I-10 just to the west of the county.

Next event ppl north of I-10 and north of 105 can suck it! 😛😂 its south of I-10 peeps turn!
