Actually, it is if you look at our source region the next couple of weeks coupled with the progression in the Pacific.

Now, I'm sticking to my gut and saying there will be no more winter weather for the remainder of the season. Nobody wants to believe me....but at some point you will say "Looks like he was right, afterall". Either way, it's all good
