Doc Neil was born September 11, 1931 and I am so very blessed to call this Giant in Tropical Weather my friend. I happened across a youtube with David Paul and Dr. Neil as Harvey was making landfall in Rockport 2 years ago. We wish you Happy Birthday Neil, and pray for continued blessing and good health to you and Velma!

An icon and idol for sure. At 86 in that interview Dr. Neil is sharp as a tack.
