The transition line is marching southward at a good clip now. It showed northwest Harris county getting sleet/snow for the longest time, now it's progressing south/southeast.

If you want snow then take a short drive and play in it . Roads shouldn't be bad at all and you don't want to miss this rare deep south snow :D Stay safe and build a snow woman for me :mrgreen:

we are having slushy sleet, barely but it's there.

Snow has now started up here. Light, nickel sized flakes have shrunk (?) to more powdery sized.

Bummer..no real snow here by Hooks. I work in Conroe. Around 3 it snowed some, but no biggie.

I believe that will be the overall theme for the majority of the Houston area. Wish the weather would surprise me, but wxman was right all along, especially south of Houston.
Hey, I guess the possibility of seeing a snowflake or two makes it all worth-wild.
