The transition line is marching southward at a good clip now. It showed northwest Harris county getting sleet/snow for the longest time, now it's progressing south/southeast.

Snow has now started up here. Light, nickel sized flakes have shrunk (?) to more powdery sized.

Bummer..no real snow here by Hooks. I work in Conroe. Around 3 it snowed some, but no biggie.

well it looks to be almost all over..congrats to the peeps who got snow and better luck next time to the peeps including me that didnt get nething
