Some good solid precip making it's way into Montgomery County right now. Hopefully that can get the temperature down a bit.

We've finally got a light breeze coming in, and I see on the radar that the precip is at our back door.

Light rain falling here.. Kuykendahl at Research Forest in The Woodlands

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that a lot of people are gonna be surprised by how much snow they get.

Some big flakes falling in CS, some over a quarter size....Still falling at an average rate I'd say, but by looking at the map it looks like that could change.

Yeah. Temperatures will not rise another degree until tommorow. Thicker overcast and precip is beginning to move in.

Hmmm... Judging by the behavior of the rain/snow line, it may be another few hours before we start seeing some snow...

I'm waiting (im)patiently.

As long as I see flakes before bedtime, I'll be a happy camper.

You'll see flakes there at 6:28PM, an hour or two before the precip ends.
