Hey everyone,

I have been doing some searching for a personal weather station to set up at my house. Ideally I would like one that can transmit to weather underground. Since there are so many out there I was wondering if the weather community here had some suggestions on some good stations to look in to.

Thanks in advance,
Stephen

I'm not sure if you can forward the info to the WU or not, but the AcuRite units are pretty good for the price.

I have an Acurite Pro. It's a great station for the price. Be sure to get the Pro version with the double solar panels. You will need it to keep the fan running in the summer and prevent temperature spikes.

The Davis systems are outstanding, but it's a much more serious endeavor in terms of cost and setup.
