If you are wondering why they use 90s for invests... 0-49 are TCs, STCs, or potential TCs. Basically these are the numbers we use starting with TDs in the Atlantic (TD01, TD02, TD03, etc.). Im back!!! Just got power back in Beaumont. This has been a brutal 7 days with Laura and no power and this heat. Evacuated Tuesday last week and home now.
