Yep. At eclipse time it's just going to get darker. Nobody down here is going to see a thing.

Better change flight plans if you want to actually see the eclipse.

That's a weird image. Numbers on the actual image don't match the color scale at all.

We'll see about future storm seasons. I'm on the hook for a potential job in North Carolina. One more phone call to go, but so far everyone wants to fly me up.

The eclipse is cool, but no way am I sitting in a parking lot on the highway with everyone.

Another 0.7 inches with that line last night. Grand total since last weekend was just shy of 9 inches.

It was not without its cost. Water found its way through my roof somewhere so now I get to go exploring.

Yard is a lake and ditch is full up to the top of the culverts.

Hopefully everyone that didn't get a drink last week can get one today. I'm about to drive through some of this slop though. I know Angleton doesn't want anymore surprises.

Managed 3 inches all said and done (2.3 of which fell Saturday at 4 AM)
