What is your dew point there?

I'm over here just west of New Orleans watching this develop. How much of this is actually reaching the ground? My dew point has come up to 23, so the air here is not nearly as dry as yesterday or even earlier today.

Also the Texas Tech WRF as well as the Euro are suggesting moisture falling this evening. Ceilings have lowered across NW Harris County to below 10,000 ft and still slowing lowering.
