I dont see how we have 6 hrs of precip left...its almost gone...maybe I'm missing something Based on radar the dryline is moving at approximately 20mph and is near San Antonio. So we have about 160-200 miles between most of SE Texas and the line resulting in about 5-8 more hours of precipitation.
Looks like 6PM-12AM will be the crucial time period for anyone in Harris County. At that point, the coastal low will be directly south of here, and we will start to see a reduction in warm air advection (WAA) between 800-700mb.
