I think robertscottlazar was talking about is the weatherman and weatherladies..Just use the models to do the forecast..If a model says 20% then I will say that on tv..If that is the case..Then anybody can do weather..Just read the model..and smile on camera and say 20% chance of rain.. robertscottl...
