I was very shocked when I opened up KHOU's webpage yesterday and read the article. I always remember having conversations with him on the phone when I called in my weather report. He was one of a kind! RIP Dan.

Wanted to share a picture that I took at Sargent Beach about an hour ago. The tide was almost going over the road there by the beach, and the intercoastal had already flooded over the bank.

Well....I have to say I was very happy about the amount of snow CLL received yesterday. I was disappointed back in December when we didn't get anything, but my patience paid off.

College Station, it's the airport code for Easterwood Airport which is in College Station.

Really heavy sleet a few minutes ago at CLL, snow its snowing really heavy.

Yeah a few people in my ATMO class just said it was sleeting earlier, I guess I just missed it.

Well it's just raining now in College Station. There are some nice accumulations on vehicles but minimal ground accumulations. The sidewalks are all slushy now.
