Epic awesome Winter days ahead at this point. 1983 and 1989 may take a back seat. Time to complete preps tomorrow. Hoping the depth will bring more snow than freezing rain along the coastal counties. The last thing I want is an ice storm and no power but will enjoy the best I can. More like Februar...

This is quickly becoming very concerning and a major disaster. I've never in my career seen models forecast this type of cold here, ever. I was too young to remember 1989 but this goes beyond 1989. This is more along the lines of 1899 or worse. I'm very concerned about the potential for a prolonged...
