Tropical Storm Imelda Report

The National Hurricane Center released report on Tropical Storm Imelda. It was stronger at 45 mph. It dumped 31 inches of rain in 12 hours near Fannett! :shock: :o

Wintry precipitation from from freezing rain to snow tends to fall in February. There have been hard freezes in February in 1895, 1899, 1933, 1951, and 1989. The epic freeze were 1895 and 1899.
