The data from the recon tonight will clarify more regarding track and areas that will receive the rainfall. The models might change.

12z ukie brings a strong disturbance/depression towards New Orleans. Euro ensembles show something similar as the GFS with initial movement as it enters the gulf towards the ngom and then a w bend towards Texas. Is a little further n so half the members take it across la. For reference my posts are...

I’ve decided to keep my house windows covered until we pass the peak of the season. One thing I’ve learned about 2020 is be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.

Cameron landfall? Yeah. I said that yesterday. Looks like it’ll verify. It would have to go N to hit Cameron. its still has a NW jog. https://www.windy.com/-Satellite-satellite?satellite,29.109,-90.698,8,m:erPadzI If it stays on a NW jog for much longer, where would Laura make landfall?
