We have had no rain here but the water on 2nd street _from Galveston Bay) has gone completely the grassy banks and is almost to the sidewalk...

My tomatoes are 4+ feet tall! I put them at the side of the house...they get direct sun from about 2 4:30...setting tomatoes for the second run. The last time I had tomato plants that did this well was the year Allison hit...we had 6 inches of standing water in the yard...lost leaves from the bottom...

well...we are certainly getting a great deal of thunder and lightning...I hope we we get a little rain to go along with it...at least that would make it worth being awakened at 4 in the morning...

So...with the heat of the day gone are overnight storms pretty much not going to happen?? I set out the last of the plants when I got home from work...so if we aren't gonna get more rain I am going to have to water them....It has not rained here since very early this morning...

Looks as if they are losing some of thier intensity...which is fine by me...we don't need storms...nice overnight rains are the perfect fix for the dry hot days we have seen lately. Trees really need it...

While mixed case may be easier to read, I don't know that proper case and punctuation would be applicable in this case...if it can be done easily with no time issues...then I have no objection...I just hope it does not turn into not sending something in a timely fashion simply because of letter case...
