Water finally receding around my home in Kingwood (King’s Manor). Came in 4 ft into the garage. Had to make makeshift sandbags with trash bags filled with water.

Saw a pic elsewhere of the Kingwood HEB flooded to the sidewalk.

Watching the various local coverage this morning....some have it coming all the way down to downtown and some have it kind of dissipate north of downtown.

My street in kingwood is flooded to the curb now.

Not a shocker but I-10 is shut down in both directions in Beaumont.

The big line of storms to our north has finally sagged into Kingwood. Starting to pour. Lightning is CRAZY.

I live in the little point created by 59 and the Montgomery county line....which is basically even with the new line of cells if they move straight east. As long as we get a break every now and then, our street drains quickly.
