Typical Southeast Texas fall weather. Nothing has changed over the past 30 years and no season is the same from year to year.

59 degrees near Laken Conroe and a serious cool northeast wind...I like it!

Yep, GFS totally took away the strong front for Monday that previously showed lows well into the 40's for next week with staying power. She gone. Crazy.

We have already had a couple of frontal passages that lowered temps?🤷‍♂️

Next week still looks good to me. A cool front Monday/Tuesday followed up by another cool front later in the week. Sounds great to me!

100% agree on the dry air keeping Beta in check throughout its life span. That could also be a factor on the not so absurd rain totals inland as it skirts the coast.

Been getting pounded by heavy rain just south of Lake Conroe Dam for past hour. The middle of the donut hole finally collapsed.
