Absolutely. All you need is 32. The water vapor shows alot of moisture in mexico.

Dewpoint of 33.8F here in Sugar Land. Temp slowly dropping. 54.1F. Dewpoint is dropping much faster than the temp

Sorry, it was in reply to Portastorm's report. He confirmed that virga was 'falling.' Virga will moisten the atmosphere.

I think the 'front' is through, not the really cold stuff. Im in Sugar Land and the wind has shifted and temps are slowly dropping.
