Re: June 2020: Tracking TS Christabol

So it potentially rakes the La. coast with flooding, then traverses due west and possibly hits either Beaumont or Houston area - where thousands have gathered in protest, thus driving them indoors after potentially exposing each other to the novel coronavirus. I’m trying to ascertain which Jumanji l...

Re: June 2020: Tracking TS Christabol

Not sure if anyone looks at the 18z Euro ensemble but it is the first one I’ve seen that has a definitive split in track based on strength. The stronger solutions mostly all bend to the NW while the weaker ones continue on to the north. Perhaps a better stacked system feels the High more. That’s ex...

I believe tonight isn't really the night for late-night model watching to see what this is going to do. Too early. Probably tomorrow night or Thursday night will be the time to stay up late to figure this one out.

Re: June 2020: Watching The Bay of Campeche/TD 3

I checked on this. I agree it is too early to call, but the response wasn't an "attack." Let's not be so dramatic, please. If you had been "attacked" we would have dealt with it. You could’ve messaged me in private about this. Kind of embarrassing to call me “dramatic” in front of everyone on here....

Re: June 2020

So let me get this straight. 3rd storm would set a record for formation this early.... We have TD Amanda, whom will likely spend a brief stint in Mexico, transition gender to become TS/H Cristobal, then potentially make landfall on the US. Very fitting for 2020. Where is the CTRL-ALT-DEL for 2020 ag...

Re: Hurricane season 2020 opinions

My opinion on hurricane season is that we will have a hurricane season this year. I don’t see it being cancelled or delayed by COVID-19

Very concerned.....

This season may end up being one for the ages.....

TWO named storms before June 1. Neither are sub-tropical.

The 12z EC has a tropical system in the BOC at hour 240.
Multiple models now are picking up on “something.”
Exact location and strength matters not....fact is that the Gulf/BOC/NW Caribbean bears watching over the next couple weeks.
