The SPC has a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms across the Upper TX Coast including the Houston area for Thanksgiving afternoon and overnight. The marginal risk area expands to include Central, S Central, and SE TX on Friday.

Lots of fog across SE TX this morning with most dense fog SW of Houston. After the fog lifts expect a partly sunny warm day with a chance of showers. A warm humid weekend on the way with lots of sun.

Perfect SE TX “Chamber of Commerce” weather this afternoon. Sunny skies, temps mostly in the mid 70s, and humidity mostly in the teens.

Yes we have history in the Atlantic Basin Hurricane Season. We now have TS Eta. The latest named tropical cyclone.
