I mentioned that there should be reporting of the dam releasing water to relieve the flooding danger two days ago. However only now on August 27 at 8:40pm it was announced that the two reservoirs (Baken and Addick) would start to release water on Monday August 28 at 2am. Why would it not done earlie...
