At my location, today’s official forecast afternoon high was 48 (and sunny). My afternoon high was 29 under cloudy skies. That’s 19 degrees difference. My official measurement in Baytown is 5 inches. I found as many flat open areas as I could and got really consistent data. By "flat, open area", are you just referring generally (e.g. any flat area, like a grassy field). Or do you specifically mean flat surfaces (e.g. table tops, flat boa...
