I thought those CMC’s model ...

Yikes! 18z HRRR hinting at a flooding event somewhere in se texas with training rain bands wednesday- friday Regardless how this plays out, we'll be good here in Katy, because all of the good rains dissipate as they move into our part of town. Only to re-intensify as they move away from this genera...

Re: Hurricane Helene
Has anyone checked up on SRain since the remnants of Helene moved out of North Carolina? According to his location, it appears the worst of the flash flooding and river flooding is occurring just to the east of his area.

Meanwhile, I’m still sitting at 0.80 inches of rain in my backyard for the past 2 weeks. Yes that’s right, I haven’t accumulated one inch of rain throughout this entire “wet” stretch for the past two weeks. I had the same observation and was going to post the exact same thing. I've have some partin...

One of the more prominent issues that the waves coming off of Africa are having is the overwhelming African Easterly Jet bleeding into the Western African Moonsoon Trough at this time. The air flow has been simply too fast coming off of the continent of Africa which is almost shearing the waves over...
